THE RETURN OF THE IMMORAL AGREEMENTS

MICHALIS CHARALAMPIDIS
(Speaking at the Athens press room during an event for the Kurdish Question)
The images of the German Panzer, the Italian helicopters Mangusta, of the Russian S-400 recall our memories of the 20th-century images. Back then the enemy were the Greeks, the Greek bourgeoisie of Ionia, Pontos, Thrace, Asia Minor. The Greek Renaissance had to be murdered.
After this introduction I would like to raise a few questions; the ambassadors can deliver them to their governments.
The questions are addressed to Mr Putin, Gentiloni, Macron, Trump and Mrs Merkel. What do you suggest and implement for a historic indigenous peoples, the Charduchians of Xenophon, on the 21st Century? The immoral genocidal pacts which were agreed with the Kemalists against the Greeks during the 20th century?
A question to the European Commission, Mr Juncker and Mrs Mogherini. As it is well known, I am a bilingual Italiota Greco and will express it in Italian as well:
Dear Mogherini, I think that for states like the Turkish one, all the International Law textbooks stipulate sanctions. The Turkish case is infinitely more brutal than that of the racist South Africa; but even more so overly protected. Years ago Carla del Ponte confessed that the time will come for the turn of the Turkish generals.1
Finally, a question addressed to the Members of the European Parliament. Is the parliament of Europe - in the Greek language Europe means the one with the broad eyes - a domain of athletes defending human values and moral policy or not?2

Michalis Charalambides mounted the first intervention in March 1986 in the Human Rights Commission of the United Nations - in Geneva - regarding the Kurdish Issue; on behalf of the International League for the Rights and Liberation of Peoples, a prominent, non-governmental organization recognized by the U.N.
